Dr. Daniel Mundy has been in practice for over 20 years in Houston. He
received his Doctor of Medicine followed by a residency in Obstetrics and
Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Mundy is
Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr.
Mundy is in private practice and is also an Assistant Clinical Professor
with UT Health Science Center Houston and Baylor College of Medicine. Dr.
Mundy's staff is also fluent in Spanish. Dr Mundy practices both obstetrics
and gynecology as well as preventative clinical care. He strives to provide
excellent medical care to his patients while making them feel safe and
confident about their care.
In his spare time, Dr. Mundy enjoys spending time with his wife and
daughters who are also physicians.
Dr. Donna Woolfolk has spent more than two decades providing obstetrical and gynecological care to over 50,000 women. She specializes in the management and treatment of normal and high risk pregnancies. Her practices provide patient oriented solutions for problem periods, pelvic pain and other gynecological concerns. She provides well women evaluations while utilizing state of the art screening for cervical, breast, uterine and ovarian cancer. She takes extra time to counsel, educate, and care for adolescents who are transitioning from their pediatricians to their first encounters with a gynecologist. One of Dr. Woolfolk's greatest strengths as a physician is her ability to communicate and identify with her patients. She understands their fears, anxieties and joys. That is because shortly after going into private practice she entered motherhood and has since become the mother of six. These first hand experiences have provided her with the ability to identify and emphasize with the many challenges that face women on a daily basis. Dr. Woolfolk puts patients at ease by addressing their concerns in a down to earth, home spun manner reflective of her small town, East Texas roots.
Dr. Woolfolk practices out of Ob/Gyn of Houston, Memorial Hermann and Methodist Hospital which are all nested in the heart of the world's largest and most renowned medical centers, keeping her on the cutting edge of medicine. Dr. Tahseen Qadeer specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has over 20 years of experience in the field. She graduated from Washington University for her Residency. Dr. Qadeer offers comprehensive care for women throughout their lifetime, from pregnancy and childbirth to the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, menopause, and urinary incontinence.
